I have been asked many times to provide links to more information.
Unfortunately, there is a serious lack of practical information on sleepwalking
in adults. There are really only two types of online information
about sleepwalking
sleepwalking in children
technical (and sometimes frigtening) medical descriptions
Neither one I find is very helpful. If you were to run a standard
search engine on "sleepwalking" or "somnambulism", about 300+ pages
come up, but very few of them actually contain any useful information.
And the ones that do, all desplay the exact same medical text,
which I can only guess is out of a diagnostic reference book.
I have dug through many sites, and am posting the ones I feel are
most informative.
